Recently I read an article on the negativity of positive thinking. This surprised me a little but also made me think.
First, from shock and on the nervous condition are tears, then the second phase is frustration. The third is to gather my will into a fist and begin to think rationally, look carefully at the place of the bruise, massage it and then take care. The fourth phase is to stop and erase fears and thoughts about what bad it can lead to.
The hardest fight is with fears and terrible pictures that can arise intimidating about the consequences. At such moments, I always think, well, where do all these fears and horrors come from?
It should not be forced, but understanding, awareness of the need and choice.
For me, positive thinking is not an absolute constant because not all people or events deserve a good attitude. Sometimes you need to be a little evil. Say no to someone or refuse to do what someone asks, but it can lead to poor physical health, then why do it? The topic of mental health is generally a complex and lengthy conversation. But for me, many points are already clear because I’m probably finally understanding what I am, what I like and what not. And based on this, I act one way or another, setting up my emotional state; I do or don’t do certain things.
When a negatively minded person appears next to me, who sees everything bad because he is disappointed in everything in his life and he likes and is comfortable in this state after falling into one of the traps. Then I ignore the negative statements and pass it by my ears and quickly forget about it. I just don't want to accept negative energy, which can cause failures and even physical injuries.
Everything is best approached with irony over oneself and others. Try to feel the positive energy in yourself and direct it to your favorite pastime, family and your favorite things. It’s even better to cook breakfast with positive emotions to feel better later.
In fact, we can choose our own unique side. It’s unnecessary to think only positively or to look for negative aspects everywhere. Some circumstances have both sides at the same time. Better look for balance and harmony in yourself. So you can overcome all difficulties and everyday life in a good mood. Always try not to look for absolutism in everything. And remember, good things only happen to good people.

There is nothing worse than fear and horror.I know for sure and experienced when such fears become a reality. I was still not ready to confront them. So I'm sure that it is impossible not give in to any fears because they will certainly become a reality.

Our thoughts are food for our mind.If we assume that everything is positive, then this is absolute nonsense. But what about Yin and Yang, dark and light. There is absolutely one side, there are two different and the most important transition between them is the third side. For me, it is the most important, this is the balance and harmony of life.
